In FORUM TFI, she’s responsible for verifying the efficiency and compliance with the law of the processes and procedures functioning in the firm, as well as negotiating agreements important for the TFI and its funds.
Who is Izabela?
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, as well as the American Law School under the Faculty of Law and Administration UJ in cooperation with the Catholic University of America in Washington.
Entered on the list of legal counsels. She finished a postgraduate program in the field of intellectual property laws on the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. She has extensive experience in the field of capital market law, civil law and receivables. She’s finished numerous courses and trainings in AML, internal audits and managing risks in investment funds, personal data security, intellectual property, functioning of TFIs.
History
Izabela Hyb began her work in FORUM TFI in 2013 as a legal advisor, and then took the position of Director of the Internal Audit Office in that same year. Before starting her cooperation with FORUM TFI, she’s gained experience working in law firms.
