Commitment and a Can Do attitude are his distinguishing features. He uses his extensive experience gained in small, medium and international business environments. He doesn’t take „no” for an answer and always looks on the bright side of things, even in the toughest situations.
He graduated from the faculty of Economy and Public Administration at the University of Economics in Kraków, completed postgraduate studies „Psychology in Business” at the WSB Academy in Dąbrowa Górnicza and finished an Executive MBA course at the Royal Academy of Economics and Technology in Switzerland. He has extensive experience in the field of marketing, sales and organization development.

History
Janusz Baran began his cooperation with FORUM TFI in 2019, on the position of Director of Business Development.
Before joining our team, he gained experience i.a. working for Philip Morris Poland in: sales, wholesale, consumer engagement, organization development and new products introduction. He also worked as Director of Sales and Marketing in a renowned Polish company Maxfliz.
In 2020, he took the position of Director of Sales and Development in FORUM TFI.
