Who is Michał?
One-man-institution. In FORUM he’s the person for seemingly impossible tasks. Unconventional thinking and openness to new ideas are the distinguishing features of our Chairman.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. Entered in the list of legal counsels. He completed postgraduate studies in the field of British law and the European Union (British Law Centre). He has extensive experience in the field of capital market law, corporate law and securities.
History
Michał Miśkowiec began his cooperation with FORUM TFI in 2013 on the position of Lawyer.
Before joining the Forum TFI team, he gained experience in a renowned Kraków law firm specializing in capital market law, restructurings and strategical legal advice. In 2017 he took the position of Director of the Alternative Products Office, in which he succeeded at creating and implementing innovative investment products.
In 2018 Michał has been appointed Vice-Chairman of the Board.
From January 1, 2021, he is the President of the Management Board
