Legal advisor. Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. Specializes in legal aspects of creating and operating investment funds. Responsible for running legal services for TFI and funds serviced by TFI, which includes i.a. creating fund statutes, overseeing the issue of securities, designing the processes related to operating funds, processing corporate cases and leading Polish Financial Supervision Authority procedures, advising in regard to informative duties of the TFI and funds, personal data security, as well as handling the relations with potential investors of investment funds.

History
Michał Maro began his cooperation with FORUM TFI in 2011 as Fund Guardian.
Before joining the Forum TFI team, he’s gained experience in a law firm. Since 2012 he is a lawyer in the Law Office, in 2019 he became the Vice-Director, and in 2020 the Director of said Office. Since 2014 he’s been on the legal advisors list of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Kraków.
