Who is Wiesław Oleś?
Legal Advisor, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow
Founder of Forum TFI, Founder and Partner of “Oleś & Rodzynkiewicz” Law Office which since 1996 specializes in comprehensive legal consultancy regarding various enterprises which take place on the capital market such as: private and public issues of the shares, issues of the debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, transformations and restructurings of commercial entities, financing of the investment processes, tax optimization of capital transactions with the special emphasis on untypical and innovative transactions.
Wiesław Oleś specializes in building and restructuring of investment structures and tax issues, including cross-border transactions. He has over 20 years of experience in tax advising with the use of international structures.
